Delivery and Returns

Delivery

In order for your items to reach you safely, all our UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail as tracked and recorded delivery. Please make sure the address you entered for your delivery is correct, as we do not take responsibility for you entering the wrong address in the event that your items don't reach you. 

We aim to dispatch your items within 48 hours of receiving your order and your payment being confirmed.  We will then send you an email to confirm the dispatch of your items with your tracking number. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day, Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

Note: the delivery estimate is based on the day on which your item is dispatched and not the day you placed your order. If your item doesn't reach you within this time frame we are not liable for any delays with the postal service.

We offer worldwide DHL express Delivery 

UK First Class Delivery - £7 delivery takes 1-2 working days.

Heavy Goods Delivery - Any items weighing between 2-5 kg will be considered as Heavy Goods and will be charged at £18. Delivery takes 1-2 working days.

 Europe

Standard Delivery to European countries - £18 delivery takes up to 5 working days.

European Heavy Goods (2-3kg) - Any items weighing between 2-3kg will be considered as Heavy Goods and will be charged at £30. Delivery takes up to 5 working days

European Heavy Goods (3-5kg) - Any items weighing between 3-5 kg will be considered as Heavy Goods and will be charged at £45. Delivery takes up to 10 working days.

Please note that SofLina cannot be held accountable for delays in Customs clearance and cannot be held liable for any import duties payable. 

International

Standard delivery to the rest of the world  - £25 delivery takes up to 10 working days.

International Heavy Goods (2-3kg) - Any items weighing between 2-3 kg will be considered as Heavy Goods and will be charged at £40. Delivery takes up to 10 working days.

International Heavy Goods (3-5kg) - Any items weighing between 3-5 kg will be considered as Heavy Goods and will be charged at £50. Delivery takes up to 10 working days.

Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
